Success

Success is something that cannot be defined so easily but still it plays an important role in every individual’s life. And successis the one which every single person desire to have in their entire life. Everybody in this world wants to achieve their dream according to their wish but we usually say that success cannot be achieved in one day.

Similarly, we all know that success does not come in everyone’s way. It is our responsibility to find the way of success and take the path of success which in turn helps to achieve our goals and objectives. Successin our life cannot be easily earned. For that we need to struggle a lot. It's a challenge to become successful. There are various success factors that are to be followed into our life. One should be hardworking, have patience and willingness to do something new and challenging. For instance: Sachin Tendulkar, a great and a successful Indian cricket player, has got title of ‘God ofCricket’ by people. It is all because of his hard work and the way he carried out his job. At first it was also not so easy to him to be renowned by people all over the world. He did this best to be successful and today I guess there are only few people who don’t recognize Sachin Tendulkar as a successful Cricket player. So, successdepends on every individual’s values and beliefs towards the hard work for achieving success in life.
Again, we can also say that success is like a top floor where we have to take the help of many staircases in order to reach to the top floor. So, in simple word we can say that before reaching to the top floor we have to build the strong staircases as a mediator between us and the success. In such case only those strong staircases helps us to reach to success. Simply, we have to be hardworking and devotee in order to achieve success in our life.

On the contrary, since we still live in a society where the traditional values and beliefs are still alive in people’s heart and mind and due to that many people think that in spite of doing hard work, luck should also favor us. On the other hand, many people are in the thought that they have done the hard work even they are far away from success. So, in this sense some people favor towards the luck along with the hard work.

At last, it can be concluded that hard work is as similar as fruits because in order to get the fruits we have to cultivate it first and then do the hard work according to the requirement of the plant. So that it can provide the ripen fruits as we like in the upcoming future. A sweet and ripen fruits is like a great success and achievement in our life. Successful management is necessary to have a successful life.
