Any nation in the world consists of man and woman. The sound management for woman is called female education. In the context of Nepal, more than half of the population is female. A country‘s improvement and unimprovement depends in female education. If women are not well educated; a nation cannot raise its standard. It is not possible at all for the remarkable progress in the country despite female education. Men and women are like two wheels of a cart. So, nation can move forward towards its progress if both men and women are well educated. Women also can play an important role for the sake of national development. No doubt to say that, they are also able to be excellent manpower of the country.
Female educationplays an important role for a developing country like Nepal. Educated womenare great asset property to a country. Home is regarded as the first school of a child. Thus, education of a child starts from home and their mothers. An uneducated womandoesn’t know what’s what. She cannot train her children. Likewise she can’t think for balanced diet and nutrition for babies. But a well educated woman can consider for nourishing children and can teach them the lesson of discipline. She becomes efficient assistant for her husband. She helps her husband sharing sorrows and happiness in life. Educated womencan show better behavior practically in life. She behaves properly with her husband, children and other members of her family. She is courteous to every new comer at her home. The women are miraculous creation of Almighty god. The womenare regarded physically weak but they can bear all the disastrous and troublesome situations more than males. She is never tired doing household tasks. A woman is part and parcel of society. In backward society, educated women can convince the ignorant people about importance of education. An educated woman can lead the village and she doesn’t let them go in wrong paths.

Since early days, womenhave been neglected with reference to the sound education and their rights. In past days women were bound in the four walls of house. They were forbidden to get out of home. Homes were considered to be the field of work for women. Due to human civilization and demand of situation in society, such strict rules are not found today. However educated women are only in town areas. The village women are still uneducated. The people only in town areas are conscious of female education. They have realized the necessity and importance of female education. The girls in urban go to school and campuses. But village people have not realized yet the importance of female education. The village women are still passing their days on grass and wood. The women are deprived on the issues of their rights to sound education, and speech. Although men and women are supposed to be equal, it is limited only principles. It has not been applied [practically.
